Williamsburg Cultural Council Meeting Notes

Recruitment for new members

Approved minutes of last meeting

Denial letter-all sent out and no one has requested a reconsideration letter

Reflection on denial process

Direct grant process - first year we are using this process

Get acceptance letter & they need to submit W9 and other forms & can request the funds

Council agreed on the allocation of grant amounts  

Council can ask for other materials (photos, documentation of completion,# of participants,  informal assessment of the success of program & need notification of when the program will be so WCC can promote)

Final report due by grant recipients within 2 weeks of completing their program

2 annual report- Trish has been working on report for town.
