Executive Session pursuant to Mass. General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), purpose number 3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Hodgkins v. ZBA, Hampshire Superior Court Civil Action No.1580CV00265, regarding the property located at 74 Village Hill Road, and the Chair so declares that having such discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town's litigation strategy.
