COA Board Meeting

Because this meeting was held in the large room, Sherry Loomis was at her desk working.

Meeting:

As part of the Monday lunch 11:30am to 12:30pm the candidate, Jennifer Hoffman, met with members of the senior community by moving from table to table in the cafeteria.

The meeting began in the Senior Center room with introductions of names of each of the attendees and positions on the board.

Questions asked:

What style of directorship would be taken if chosen?

How would the candidate view the Arts as part of the senior center?

What was the candidate’s particular interest in the senior population?

How would the candidate handle work performance evaluations?

The candidate was asked to respond to a statement about how the senior [<65 year old] population views itself.

Charlene Nardi explained the relationship of the mechanics of responsibilities and meetings related to the Town Offices.  Charlene continued to expand on the relationship of the Director to the members of the senior community.
