AGENDA:

We will have a presenation of the site plan from the project designers, followed by public input. The focus of this Hearing is on Site Plan Review criteria only, as defined in the Zoning Bylaw, Section 6. We will be concerned with the visual and environmental qualities and property values of the Town, assuring safe vehicular access, safe pedestrian movement, and adequate drainage of surface water.
