2. Develop statement of Priorities, and plan to publicize it before grant applications begin

3. Discussion of Reimbursement vs. Upfront grant disbursements

4. Roles for next year (chair, secretary, treasurer, etc.)

5. Postponement of The Ravens 

6. Discuss need for new member and plan for recruiting

7. Review schedule for coming grant cycle
