Owners Project Manager Steering Committee – Safety Complex and James Bldg.
To steer the pre-design services portion of the Safety Complex/James Bldg. project to successful conclusion through governance related deliberation and decision making.
Scope of work: All issues relating to the pre-design services portion of the Safety Complex/James Bldg. project through the development of a bid package for a designer for the Safety Complex portion.
Will consult with and seek help from the relevant committees, boards and staff in Town to inform and help choose the best outcomes; such as the Board of Selectmen, Public Safety Complex Committee, Finance Committee, Capital Planning Committee, Community Development Advisory Committee, Mill River Greenway Committee, Open Space Committee and others.
