Please note that all Foothills Towns require the inspection to be witnessed by the Health Agent. Scheduling with the Agent is done through the inspector. Homeowners should contact an inspector, who will arrange an inspection date with the Agent. A witness fee of $150, paid by check to the Town, is required on the day of the inspection.
