November 8, 2007
Present: W. Sayre, K. Smith, R. Buchele, G. Mathers, P. Mahieu
The meeting was called to order at 7:08.
The minutes of 6/25/07 were read and a motion to approve carried.
The cover letter and forms, FY 2009, for distribution to departments were reviewed and approved.
Buchele and Mahieu will research the average debt load for towns similar to Williamsburg and report at the next meeting. Mahieu will look into Williamsburg’s history of debt load.
The fence behind Meekins library was discussed. There is an expectation that the Friends of Meekins will be fundraising for this project to help offset some of the cost.
Mahieu will send to Sayre updated numbers for approved debt in the spread sheet.
The next meeting is 1/31/07.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45pm.
